Robyn does great at what she does!

There are certain people who are so extraordinary they are considered Earth Angels - everything they do makes your existence flow smoother, easier and it is an absolute blessing they are in your life. Without question, Robyn Foulger and John Hiller are Earth Angels and I continue to be grateful for everything they did for me as my Realtors. I listed my condo with John Hiller & Robyn Foulger and within 36 hours of the listing becoming effective I received multiple offers for my home - with one offer for over $10,000 over the listing price. I was stunned - I never thought for a second, particularly in todays market, my home - which was well priced to start with - would be under contract so quickly over my asking price. It even astonished my Realtors.

While discussing with John Hiller how quickly I went under contract, I assured him I preferred having a qualified buyer within 36 hrs. instead of 36 weeks or 36 months. We had the right property, at a good price, at the right time for the right buyers who recognized it's value. Robyn and John earned their commission with the quick sale! They did a phenomenal job which allowed me to go to"next" with my life instead of sitting in limbo waiting for a sale to happen.

Smooth sailing and no nail - bititng drama, right? Two weeks later - due to an accident in their family - my buyers found it necessary to withdraw their offer.

John & Robyn proved their efforts, which produced the first remarkable offer, were not a fluke or coincidence. They contacted the right Buyers Agents, who had the precise client base we needed, letting their colleagues know my property was back on the market - and, for a second time, the magic happened over-night.

Although it was after 3 pm on a Friday afternoon when the buyers cancelled, Robyn and John acted immediately and by Monday I had two solid offers - one for $10,000 over the listing price and the second for $12,000 over my asking price - and I was , again, under contract. I have been involved with numerous real estate transactions in the past and this was - without question - the smoothest, simplest, easiest transaction I have been involved with due to the reputation, professionalism and skills of Robyn & John.

There is actually much more happening than just what you see John and Robyn doing for you - it is all the ground - work they have put into place prior to you becoming their client. It is, also, their personalities, their willingness to go extra miles for their clients, their resources for specialty services including professional packers [thank G-d for this one,] cleaning services, moving companies, etc., and their strong, positive relationships among other Realtors in the community.

I was definitely not the easiest client for John & Robyn. I was living in North Caroling when I purchased the condo, but never had the opportunity to see the unit personally prior to closing. When I finally saw the condo I was past livid as I realized how deceptive the Realtor I used had been, intentionally misrepresenting and omitting significant material facts and the actual condition of the property. Due to these misrepresentations, there were a number of issues with this property that had to be cleared before we could close the sale.

Just one example of the issues I had was a wall in my center condo unit encroached on an end condo unit. How about asking Robyn or John to explain how that happened and how it was finally resolved?

I shared my experiences and my resulting anger over these issues with John and Robyn, who -in turn - helped me resolve these issues and provided excellent, and much needed, healing "Realtor Therapy."

I was truly blessed having John Hiller, Robyn Foulger and Windermere Realty working for me. Due to their high level of professionalism - along with the professional respect their colleagues have for them - Robyn and John are the only Realtors I will use for my Utah real estate transactions and I strongly recommend them to everyone.
